Abuse and Bullying
Picture
No one is prepared for their place of work or learning to become a threatening or devaluing environment. The unfortunate reality is that many of us experience social bullying in one form or another during the course of our lives. In addition to being very distressing, severe bullying experiences can be very harmful on one's mental and physical well-being.

Common symptoms of bullying include lowered self-esteem, anger, depression, social anxiety, and chronic emotional disturbance. Without professional counselling individuals who feel victimized by bullying can struggle with enduring symptoms of anxiety and unexpressed anger for years.
Get the help you or a loved one needs. Stop the effects of bullying now! Call 204-299-7334.
